The service
FileFinish is a convenience utility that creates new copies of supported media and documents. You remain responsible for retaining originals, reviewing results, and confirming that a recipient, service, or portal accepts the finished file.
Conversion limitations
Image-size targets are best effort. Video size depends on duration and content. Text and PDF conversion may change formatting. On-device PDF recognition may misread text. Metadata removal covers supported fields and is not forensic anonymization. FileFinish does not guarantee compatibility with every file, codec, service, or device.
Your content
You are responsible for the content you select, convert, and share, including compliance with copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and other applicable rights. FileFinish does not claim ownership of your files.
Public-link media
Use Link import only for media you own or have permission to download and use, and comply with the source service’s terms. FileFinish does not bypass private access, logins, paywalls, DRM, protected or encrypted streams, live streams, or disabled downloads. A public address does not by itself grant copyright or permission, and website availability can change without notice.
Purchases
FileFinish Pro is offered as a non-consumable lifetime App Store purchase. Billing, refunds, purchase authorization, and transaction handling are administered by Apple under Apple’s applicable terms. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Availability and warranty
FileFinish is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Keep backups and do not rely on a converted file as the only copy of important information. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
